Our product range includes apparel from tops, bottoms, jackets, dresses, shoes, etc. and accessories like necklaces, earrings, keychains, etc. We have a plethora of wardrobe options sure to add some Wiley Mae whimsy to your life.

What is your return policy?

We have a 7 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase to initiate a return. Returns are for store credit only.

How long does shipping take?

Items will be delivered within two to twelve business days of the order being placed. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

It is important to inspect your order upon reception. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures you receive the desired product promptly.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, and jewelry for health and sanitation purposes. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

How long does it take to process a refund?
